Q. How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
A. An order confirmation will be sent to your email once an order is placed. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact info@whimsicalblu.com and we can provide further assistance with your order process.

Q. Can I make changes to my order?
A. Unfortunately we cannot make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed or processed! However, if you contact us through email right after placing your order, we will try our best to help.

Q. How long will shipping take?
A. New Zealand Shipping:
​
- Standard: Free on orders over $100. Delivery takes 3-5 business days for metro areas but may take longer for rural locations.
- Express: Typically 1 business day for metro areas.
- International Shipping:
- Free on orders over $200, otherwise $20 flat rate.
- Delivery times vary by location, averaging 6-27 business days.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: If required, these must be paid promptly to avoid delays. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. For domestic New Zealand orders, we aim to have all orders shipped by the next business day. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on the next available business day.

If you require an item to be shipped earlier, please contact us and we will try our best to do so.
For international customers, your orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. To avoid delays, please ensure that international customs duties and taxes are paid upon entry into your country. Check with your local customs office to make sure!

Q. Will you restock a product once it is sold out?
A. Depending on the style, we may restock the product once it is sold out, but this is not always the case. If there is a product that you are particularly interested in, please let us know and we can see whether we can place you on the pre-order list. The lead time to receive the product will be longer if this is possible.

Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We understand that buying clothing online can be difficult as you haven't had the chance to try on the product. Therefore, we will accept any full priced items for a store credit within 14 days from purchase date (excluding swimwear, bodysuits and earrings due to health reasons) if kept in their original, undamaged condition with all tags on. To initiate a return, please contact us through info@whimsicalblu.com. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
